Dynamic chef Tristan Welch is lending his name and his talents to Taste of Edinburgh's first ever Celebrity Chef Charity Pop-Up restaurant. The restaurant has been stocked by donated supplies and is run by generous, talented staff who have donated their time for the cause.
Tristan has compiled a mouth-watering menu of lobster soup, beef fillet with truffles as well as salt baked chocolate. All proceeds from the restaurant go to Action Against Hunger.
Taste of Edinburgh would like to acknowlege all the wonderful help from some generous organisations, without whom the Celebrity Chef Charity Pop-Up Restaurant would not be possible. A big thank you to Major International, Heritage Portfolio, M&J Seafoods and Braehead Foods.
