Chilli Cod recipe - Glorious!
Pour a pot of GLORIOUS!Diablo Sundried Tomato and Chilli Sauce into an ovenproof dish
Gently sauté off 2 x 225g fresh cod fillets in a knob of butter until golden.
Place the fish on top of the sauce and sprinkle with a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.
Place into a preheated oven at 200C/400F/gas 6 and bake for 5-6 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil leaves.
